Tasting Notes
A golden-yellow colour and intense aroma of olives. On the palate, it is round, thick and fluid. At first, a light almond-like sweetness is revealed, soon followed by a flavour of fresh olives and vegetables, and finally a long-lasting and complex flavour, with just a hint of pepper but not bitter aftertaste. A subtle olive oil, with a delicate character, not too strong, yet showing incredible balance and harmony.
